Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to participate
• You must not be a resident of restricted jurisdictions
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• One account per person - multiple accounts will be disqualified

2. Competition Rules

• All trades must be executed on the designated MT4/MT5 platform
• Participants must comply with all trading rules specified for each competition
• Use of automated trading systems (EAs) is prohibited unless explicitly allowed
• Any form of market manipulation or abuse will result in disqualification

3. Prize Distribution

• Prizes are distributed within 7 business days of competition end
• Winners must complete KYC verification before prize withdrawal
• Prize amounts are subject to applicable taxes and fees
• WAC reserves the right to withhold prizes pending investigation

4. Account Termination

WAC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or compromise the integrity of competitions.

5. Limitation of Liability

WAC is not liable for any losses incurred during trading competitions. Participation is at your own risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
